Reset your password

Two steps. Ask for a link, then use the token in it to set a new password.

1. Ask for a link

We send it to the address on the account. The answer is the same whether or not that address has one, so nobody can use this page to find out who is registered.

If an account uses this address, a reset link is on its way. The link is good for one hour and can be used once.

2. Set a new password

The link in the email brings you back here with the token already filled in. It is valid for one hour and can be used once.

Filled in for you if you followed the link in the email. Otherwise paste the token from it.

8–64 characters. Four unrelated words beats one clever one. It is hashed before it is stored — nobody can read it back, including us.

Things worth knowing

  • A new password signs you out on every device, not just this one.
  • Each link works once, so use the newest email if you asked twice.
  • Check your spam folder before asking again.
  • Lost the email address itself? There is no way around it — start a new account.
